2023 SCOPA Collectible Cookie Tin
I designed this cookie tin for Scopa Italian Roots, a beloved Italian-American gem nestled in the heart of Venice, California. These tins are produced in limited quantities each winter, with a unique design introduced every year. In celebration of their 10th anniversary, 2023's cookie tin designed by me featured an illustration of the iconic building that houses the restaurant. Available exclusively during the holiday season, the cookie tins can be purchased through GoldBelly, an online marketplace where SCOPA also offers food kits.
Beyond designing the cookie tin, I brought the insert to life with a charming mix of details. The insert included a heartfelt nod to the restaurant's roots and values, a rundown of the delectable cookies inside—complete with quantities—and a categorized ingredient list for anyone with allergies. To add a playful twist, I illustrated each cookie with hand-drawn sketches, which later became stickers included as a special treat in GoldBelly orders.
