The Happy to Serve You Hospitality Group is the team behind Scopa Italian Roots, Black Market Liquor Bar, DAMA, The Local Peasant, The Chestnut Club, and Old Lightning. I was tasked with creating their first newsletter, designed to engage customers by highlighting events happening both inside and beyond the restaurants. The goal was to position the restaurants as more than just dining establishments—offering a closer look at star Chef Antonia Lofaso and her team, the people behind the exceptional food and memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.
